Salt Lake City wants to make sure one of its weirdest landmarks stays weird. Officials are moving to give Gilgal Sculpture Garden local landmark status, adding stronger legal protections to the quirky East Central sculpture park as development continues to reshape the surrounding neighborhood. State Health Dept. Investigating Cyclospora Cases

All but five of Utah's 48 cyclospora cases since May are likely linked to out-of-state travel, according to the Utah Department of Health and Human Services. Officials are still investigating to determine the causes of the other five instances. [KSL]
